Orders / Changes / Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once your order has been placed, we generally cannot accept cancellations or changes.

If you need to make a change due to special circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the shipping preparation status, we may or may not be able to accommodate your request.

If an item becomes unavailable due to inventory delays, we will issue a refund.

Payment

Can you issue a receipt?

Yes. If you would like a receipt, please enter the “Addressee (Name on receipt)” and the “Purpose/Description” in the Remarks section at checkout.  

Shipping (Important)

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Which carrier do you use? Is tracking available?

We ship via Japan Post. If a tracking number is available, we will include it in your shipment confirmation email.

How much is shipping?

Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat rate of ¥660.

International shipping is ¥2,200 for eligible products.

Can I choose a delivery date/time?

We are sorry, but we do not offer date or time delivery requests at this time.

Gifts

Will you include an invoice or anything showing the price?

Yes, we include an invoice with all orders.

If your order is a gift and you do not want the price shown, please indicate “Gift” in the order notes at checkout. 

Do you offer gift wrapping or noshi (traditional Japanese ceremonial wrapping)?

If you would like gift wrapping or noshi, please let us know in the order notes and specify the type.

We will do our best to accommodate requests, but some requests may not be possible. 

Returns / Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?

In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.

However, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or other customer-related reasons, additional re-shipping fees may be charged.  

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping for selected products, including coffee.

Currently, only coffee products are available for overseas delivery.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping conditions.
